Real-Life Escape Room: Solve puzzles and navigate physical spaces. You’re physically present in a themed room, interacting with real-world objects and challenges.

We welcome all age groups over 11, but please note that individuals under the age of 16 are strictly required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The complexity and potential frightening elements of the games make it essential to have adult supervision for participants under the age of 16 during the game. For children under 14, we leave it up to the parent or adult guardian to decide if the child will enjoy the game. This is their responsibility.

When booking, please include the adult supervisor in your reservation. Without an adult supervisor, we reserve the right to cancel the game without a refund. For players over 16 years old, it’s not mandatory for the adult to participate in the game, but we expect them to remain on-site until the game is finished.

Yes, for children under 14, parental participation in the game is required. For kids over 14, they are allowed to play without an accompanying adult. However, since we are still dealing with minors, we kindly ask that if a parent cannot or does not want to play, they remain on-site until the game ends.

Of course, if the parent prefers not to wait, they may leave, but please note that the responsibility for the children stays with the accompanying adult. Our game masters are there to guide the gameplay and make sure everyone has fun, but they cannot take on parental responsibility.

We understand that for older kids, having a parent around might feel awkward (we have teenagers ourselves 😄), but this policy helps ensure everyone’s safety and a smooth game experience.

We take this rule very seriously – no exceptions!

While the escape rooms are wheelchair mostly accessible, due to their size, only one wheelchair can fit inside. The real-life room is not recomended. The game masters communicate via text messages displayed within the room, and sound effects do not impact the game, making it possible for those with hearing impairments to enjoy the experience. The use of crutches or a cane is likely not an obstacle to participating in the game. If you have any specific questions or concerns, please reach out to us, and we will discuss the details.

Absolutely. You can securely store all your belongings in a cabinets so you can focus on the game without worrying about them.

No problem at all if you have additional players – more people can always join, and you can pay the difference at the end of the game.

However, if you have fewer participants, we regret that we cannot waive the original pricing. In this case, you’ll need to pay for the tickets of the missing individuals. It’s more cost-effective to bring along extra players instead

If you need to cancel or reschedule that’s perfectly okay. You need to contact us and we will sort it out.

Rescheduling is fine and we’re happy to help out but please note, Escape Rooms Drogheda has a strict ONE WEEK cancellation  / reschedule policy to facilitate other guests. 

Due to the busy Christmas / new year period, all bookings modifications / cancellations during the months of November, December, January inclusive require at least TWO WEEKS cancellation notice without exception.

Any payments made for a game cannot be refunded within one week of a game.

To ensure our guests have a great time, we kindly request that you arrive on time. In order to prevent any delays, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time. It’s important to understand that sticking to the schedule is crucial for a seamless experience for both your group and the next participants, not to mention avoiding any overtime for our game masters.

If you foresee that you might be running late, please don’t hesitate to send a text message immeditaelly either on the messenger or the instagram. Keep in mind that if you’re more than 10 minutes late, your reservation may be canceled, and any deposits could be forfeited, as outlined in our terms and conditions

We have rooms where, with the help of the panic button, the door will immediately open, allowing you to exit. In some of our rooms, the entrance door is not locked because the game’s objective or sequence doesn’t require it. You can always exit through this door. The game master explains this at the beginning of each game. Additionally, we monitor events through cameras, and the game master can be reached at any time.
