What is escape room?

Escape room is an immersive experience where teams collaborate to discover clues, solve puzzles, and accomplish tasks within a series of rooms, all while working towards a specific objective within a limited time frame.

Often, the main goal is to successfully exit the game location. Escape rooms encourage cooperative play, competitive variations are also available.

After an initial introduction by the game master, minimal information is provided, allowing you to explore the room independently.

Following the provided clues, assembling puzzle pieces, and employing creative strategies, your aim is to either escape from the room or fulfill the room’s mission.

You’re not entirely alone, as you can maintain contact with the game master, who provides subtle hints to aid your progress. They won’t solve the task for you; it’s up to you to crack the challenge.

What’s the Difference Between VR and Real-Life Escape Rooms?

VR Escape Room: Move through a virtual world using a VR headset, experiencing interactive challenges and stunning digital environments. Everything you see and interact with is virtual.

Real-Life Escape Room: Solve puzzles and navigate physical spaces. You’re physically present in a themed room, interacting with real-world objects and challenges

Minimum Age & Adult Supervision

We welcome participants aged 12 and over. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult who participates in the game. The adult must be included in the booking.

For ages 14–16, adult supervision is required on-site, but joining the game is optional.

Adult supervision ensures safety and a smooth gameplay experience, especially for younger children, as they may struggle with puzzles and teamwork without guidance. For family teams or birthday/group bookings involving children under 14, at least one adult must be included.

No exceptions – the accompanying adult is responsible for the minors at all times.

Escape room for kids?

Escape Games are best enjoyed by teens, young adults, and adults, but kids under 12 can join if they come with their family – that way they can laugh, hunt for clues, and parents can guide them through the fun. 😄

Birthday parties for under 12s aren’t recommended, though: the challenges and puzzles need teamwork and focus, so a group of only younger kids might not get the full experience.

Tip: Little adventurers – come with your family, it’s way more fun together! 🗝️🔐

What about ages 14 and up?

Children are still minors, so it’s always up to the parents to decide. Under 14, children usually need parental support to complete an escape game. From age 14, kids generally have the skills needed to enjoy the game fully, with the game master supervising from a distance.

We understand parents’ concerns, since even teens are still minors. The game master cannot assume parental responsibility, so parents may choose to stay in the lobby until the game ends. If children are already used to attending activities independently, staying is not required.

For older teens (16–17), many navigate independently, but parents remain responsible and should decide what’s appropriate.

Can I leave my personal belongings somewhere?

Absolutely. You can securely store all your belongings in the lockers,

so you can focus on the game without worrying about them.

What happens if we don’t have as many people as booked?

No problem if you have extra players – more people can always join, and you can pay the difference at the end of the game.

If you have fewer participants than booked, unfortunately we cannot refund the missing spots. It’s more practical to bring along extra players to make up the numbers.

Payment: On-site payment is by card only. For security reasons, we cannot accept cash.

What happens if I can’t attend at the reserved time?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to help.

  • Standard policy:
All bookings require at least 2 weeks’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Festive period (November–January):
Due to high demand, bookings during this period require at least 3 weeks’ notice for cancellation or changes.

Unfortunately, payments made within these timeframes are non-refundable.
