If you expect your game to start on schedule and receive our full attention, please show the same courtesy to other teams. Please arrive exactly 15 minutes before your booked slot. If you are running late, call us immediately to coordinate with the Game Masters. After a 15-minute delay, we may not be able to start your game, and no refunds will be issued for missed slots.

For your safety and ours, players under the influence of alcohol or other substances are strictly prohibited from entering the rooms. If a player is deemed intoxicated, the booking will be cancelled immediately without a refund. You can always raise a glass and celebrate after your successful escape!
