Escaoe room Etiquette - how to behave in an Escape Room

We pour our hearts and souls into making sure every single team gets the exact same unforgettable, premium experience. To make this happen, we kindly ask for your cooperation. Please read and follow these simple guidelines:

  • Once you unlock a padlock, leave both the lock and the key right there where you found them. Please do not pocket them or carry them into the next room—this helps us reset the room quickly for the next arriving team.

  • If you have the right key or code, things will open smoothly and easily. Never force, pull, or yank anything! If something won't budge, it’s not a technical glitch—it’s a mystery for you to solve. Think it through!

  • Do not climb on furniture, prison bars, or walls, and do not crawl under anything. This is an escape room, not a playground or an obstacle course. All clues, props, and codes are safely within arm's reach—there is absolutely no need to climb or use physical force anywhere.

  • True genius lies in simplicity. If a puzzle feels way too complicated, take a step back—the solution is often simpler than you think.

  • This is a true team game. Share what you find with each other and pool your knowledge. You are always smarter together!

  • Never be afraid to ask for a hint! Your Game Master is watching your game closely on the monitor and cannot wait to give you a nudge at just the right moment. Asking for help is part of the fun, not a sign of defeat.

  • If you expect your game to start on schedule and receive our full attention, please show the same courtesy to other teams. Please arrive exactly 15 minutes before your booked slot. If you are running late, call us immediately to coordinate with the Game Masters. After a 15-minute delay, we may not be able to start your game, and no refunds will be issued for missed slots.

  • For your safety and ours, players under the influence of alcohol or other substances are strictly prohibited from entering the rooms. If a player is deemed intoxicated, the booking will be cancelled immediately without a refund. You can always raise a glass and celebrate after your successful escape!

  • Leave the outside world behind, don't stress over the ticking clock—just immerse yourself, have fun, and play!
